You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. By using the Website, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Artworks
3.1 Nature of Artworks
All artworks presented and sold through ETIUART are created by professional artists and reflect their unique artistic vision, cultural background, and creative process. Each piece is the result of careful craftsmanship and artistic expression.
We strive to ensure that all photographs and images on ETIUART’s platform accurately represent the true colors, textures, and details of the artworks. Every effort is made to capture each piece as faithfully as possible.
However, the unique emotions and presence conveyed by a live artwork cannot always be fully captured or transmitted through images.
Due to variations in screen settings, device displays, and lighting conditions, slight differences in appearance may occur. These variations do not constitute defects or grounds for return.
3.2 Originality and Exclusivity
All artworks offered through ETIUART are original and exclusive works, each created as a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. No identical copies, reproductions, or second editions of these original artworks exist.
This guarantees that every artwork available through ETIUART is singular and exclusive, ensuring the highest level of authenticity and collector value.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Order Acceptance
Orders are accepted only upon payment confirmation. ETIUART reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
4.2 Pricing
Prices displayed on the Website exclude shipping, customs duties, taxes, and other fees unless explicitly stated. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4.3 Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party providers. ETIUART does not store your complete payment card details.

6. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to purchased artworks passes to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership (title) of the artwork transfers only after full payment has been received and cleared.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Final Sale
Due to the unique, original, and one-of-a-kind nature of all artworks sold by ETIUART, all sales are final. Returns or refunds will not be accepted except in cases of damage during shipping or material inconsistency with the description.
7.2 Return Policy Disclaimer (final, cleaned version)
Returns or refunds shall not be accepted in cases of buyer’s remorse, including but not limited to situations where:
• the buyer has changed their mind after the purchase;
• the artwork does not “match” or “fit” the buyer’s interior, space, or personal expectations;
• the color, impression, or visual perception differs from what is shown on screen due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or subjective perception;
• the artwork is not damaged and is materially consistent with its description.
Buyer’s remorse includes any change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction not related to damage or material inconsistency of the artwork.
This policy is justified because all artworks sold by ETIUART are:

8. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of the physical artwork is transferred to the buyer upon full payment.
All intellectual property rights, including copyright and moral rights, remain with the artist unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.The use, reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of artworks, including any digital reproductions, is governed by the Copyright & Artwork Authenticity Policy published on the Website.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETIUART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or purchase of artworks.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal actions.
11. Amendments
ETIUART reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
