1.2 Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 15 to 25 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
1.3 Shipping Methods and Carriers
Shipments are sent via reputable carriers chosen to ensure the safe delivery of artworks. Tracking information will be provided when available.
1.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or charges levied by their country of residence. ETIUART has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
1.5 Insurance
Please note that artworks are generally insured during transit. ETIUART takes reasonable measures to ensure safe delivery and will assist in case of any issues related to shipment.
2. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to the artwork passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or the buyer’s address, depending on shipping terms. Ownership (title) of the artwork transfers only after full payment has been received and cleared.
3. Shipping Inspection, Claims, and Acceptance
Upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the artwork and its packaging immediately upon receipt.
If the shipment packaging appears damaged or tampered with, the buyer must document the condition at the time of delivery and notify ETIUART within the applicable claim period, in accordance with this Policy.
Failure to report visible damage or delivery-related issues within the specified timeframe shall be deemed acceptance of the artwork in its delivered condition and may result in the rejection of any subsequent return or refund request.
Minor differences or variations resulting from transportation, handling, screen settings, lighting conditions, photographic representation, or subjective perception shall not constitute grounds for return or refund, provided that the artwork is not damaged and remains materially consistent with its description.
All return and refund matters are governed exclusively by this Shipping & Returns Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
4. Returns
4.1 Final Sale
Due to the unique, original, and exclusive nature of the artworks sold through ETIUART, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted except in the cases described below.

Returns or refund requests will only be accepted if:
- The artwork is damaged during shipping, or

- Notify ETIUART within 24 hours of delivery;
- Provide clear photographic evidence demonstrating the damage or material inconsistency;
